If you’ve received a product that indicates a near, past, or illegible expiration date, photos of the product in question are required in order to process a refund or reshipment.

Tip: The expiration date is usually marked with an hourglass symbol or the acronym “EXP”, while the manufacture date is usually indicated with a factory symbol or the acronym “MFR.”

To avoid a vendor dispute over the condition of the product, please take a clear, bright, and ideally reflection free photo of the product, being sure to include:

  • The expiration date clearly legible

  • The shipping label with the “from” address and tracking number clearly legible

If you are unable to send a photo of the shipping label because you have already discarded the shipping container, please tell us explicitly that it was already discarded.

We’ve provided a few example photos below. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
