From the Net32 sign-in screen, click the "Forgot Password" button:
Then, enter the email address associated with your Net32 account:
Next, you will receive an email containing a password reset link. Please be aware that it may take a few minutes before you receive the password reset email.
Here are some additional tips:
- If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, kindly check your spam, junk, and trash folders to ensure it hasn't been mistakenly filtered there. 
- Make sure that you don't use autofill when entering your email address. Instead, manually type it in to ensure our security system recognizes you as a human user and not a computer program. 
- Try using a different web browser to request the reset link.
