The login for the Net Irrigate web app (, Net Irrigate store ( and the Net Irrigate mobile CircleScout app is the same and should be the email address you used to make your first purchase on the Net Irrigate store or first set up your account.

(This may not be the same as the login you used for the old monitoring system, earlier versions of the NetIrrigate mobile app, or the xProxy app.)

If you do not know your login email, please contact Net Irrigate support at 1-800-961-9549 and we will be happy to provide it for you.

To reset your password, click on the following link:

Enter the email address associated with your account then click "Reset Password":

You will then receive the following notification:

You should receive an email from Net Irrigate to the address you entered. Click the link:

You will be directed to a web page where you can create a new password. Enter and confirm your new password then click "Update Password".

You should receive a notification that your password has been successfully updated.

You will then be able to log in to the Net Irrigate App, CircleScout Mobile App, and Net Irrigate web store with your new password.
