The courses in the CoffeeChat can be viewed as “chapters” to a fun and riveting book called “Inventory management concepts - an introduction” (we can work on a better title). See this “novel” as a friendly coworker or mentor you approached for a coffee chat after hearing the term “inventory management”, with only one question: “Huh?”

The terminology used is simple, says it like it is and a little informal at times (well, most of the time). It’s the less intimidating, slightly more sarcastic cousin of the ILT series.
