The status of your saved purchase orders can be viewed right from the list of suppliers and distribution centers. Here's how you can tell if your saved orders have been downloaded:
On the Orders screen
No orders have been downloaded: If one or more POs are created but none of them have been downloaded, there will be an outline of a cloud.
All orders have been downloaded: If one or more POs are created and all of them are downloaded, there will be a solid green cloud with an arrow pointing down.
Some orders have been downloaded: If multiple POs are created and only some of them are downloaded, there will be a green outline of a cloud with an arrow pointing down.
No new orders since the last data refresh: If there are no new orders since the last data refresh, there will be no cloud.
On the individual order schedule screen
When an order has been downloaded, the download button icon will turn solid green. View this on the bottom right corner of a created order schedule.
