Purpose
Follow these steps if a user expected an email (access, reset or notification) but has not received it.
Step 1: Check Your Email Address in the App
Confirm with your System Administrator that your email address is correctly entered in your User Profile.
Step 2: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Look in your Spam or Junk folder in case the email was incorrectly filtered by your email client.
Step 3: Contact Your IT Department
Ask your IT department whether there have been any recent mail delivery issues or filtering rules that might block Netstock messages.
Step 4: Request Whitelisting
Ask your IT department to whitelist the following email addresses to ensure future messages are delivered successfully:
usernotifications@netstock.coinfo@netstock.co
Step 5: Contact Netstock Support
If you have completed all the steps above and the email still has not arrived, contact Netstock Support to investigate the issue further.
