The Interface we created allows a series of drill in options for items. If you select the total excess value from the Dashboard, the list displayed when you drill in, will be all excess items for that location. We would encourage you to think about which items you wish to look at to avoid spending lots of time in Excel filtering out data you don't need. Using the filter options in the drill in lists (as well as selecting an appropriate drill in list in the first place), can go a long way to achieving that.

If you want to try and extract everything, the best option would be to select the stockholding value shown as the graphic at the top right of the display. This will drill into all products for that warehouse. You can then select to download all these by selecting the CSV or Excel option at the bottom right of the display.

NOTE: You can only download 20,000 records at a time due to browser timeout issues. Use the filter to narrow down the selection so that you are able to download the information relevant to what you require.
