What to do if users are not receiving emails from the app

Whether you're a new user eagerly awaiting your access email, or an experienced user requiring a password reset email or expecting an automated notification, it can be frustrating waiting and wondering if an email will eventually arrive.

If you haven't received an expected email, try the following:

  • Check that your email address in the App is correct.

  • Confirm that the expected email isn't in your spam or junk folder.

  • Ask your IT department if there have been recent mail delivery problems.

  • Ask your IT department if any emails from usernotifications@netstock.co or info@netstock.co have been intercepted and ask to have these email addresses "whitelisted".

If you have exhausted your options above, ask one of our support team to investigate.
