The app allows you to download valuable information into a CSV file and share accordingly. In other cases, you may wish to print the entire screen you are viewing. While there is not currently standard functionality to facilitate this, we do have a solution for you using a free software called Awesome Screenshot.

Simply visit https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/ and follow the steps below:

Step 1: On the website, click on the "Add to Chrome" button.

Step 2: In the window that opens, click on the "Add to Chrome" button.

Step 3: Select to add the extension.

Step 4: You may choose to sign into Awesome Screenshot for added ease of use or to skip that step.

Step 5: Pin the extension - To make accessing the extension easier, pin it by doing the following:

  • Click the puzzle icon next to your profile avatar.

  • In the drop-down menu, find Awesome Screenshot.

  • Click the pushpin icon until it turns blue

Step 6: Change the settings to save to your local machine.

Step 7: On the screen you wish to print, collapse the navigation pane and increase or decrease the page zoom (Ctrl and "+", Ctrl and "-", Ctrl and mouse wheel) until it displays the ways you'd like to print it.

Step 8: In your extension, navigate to the "Capture" tab and select "Full page".

Step 9: From here you may choose to make changes to the screengrab, download it as a PNG file, download it as a PDF or print it.

And that's it! It only takes 5 minutes of initial setup and 10 seconds every time you use it.
