Server Status Page

Administrators can monitor the Predictor + Cloud status and perform basic troubleshooting using the Admin → Status page. In-process activities are displayed at the top, while recently completed activities are shown at the bottom.

Admins use this page to:

  • Confirm automated tasks are running as scheduled

  • Check for error messages

  • Review User Logins

  • Export jetty.log for troubleshooting/ support

  • Identify in-process requests

  • Stop automation processing and cancel queued processes

Completed Processes

The bottom of the Status page displays each automated process that previously ran, which model was affected, the start and end dates, as well as the status. The status column could reflect “Completed,” “Completed with Errors,” or “Aborted”. It also displays the exact process that ran and its parameters. Automated processes will Abort (fail) when there is a problem. An aborted process includes a message with some detail. A user may double-click on the message text for more details on the error. The list can be filtered by putting the data to filter on in the top row. In the example in the image below, the list is filtered by all processes that ran on 18 August 2022.

Running and Queued Processes

The image below shows that there is an automation running processes for the applicance_demand_csv model. The current process is “recalculate.” There are several processes queued up to run when “recalculate” completes.

To see progress on the process, click the “Refresh” button and the page will update.

The queued tasks can be cancelled by clicking the “Cancel Tasks” button. Queued tasks are typically cancelled only when processing needs to be stopped for a particular reason. Cancelling tasks can leave the model in an incomplete state, therefore this option should be used sparingly.
