The Documents menu will be available to users who have documents assigned to them. Documents can be uploaded and assigned to users by administrators. For example, an administrator can assign training documents to planners for easy access. Popular formats such as .pdf, .doc, .pptx and .xlsx are supported.
To add a document:
Navigate to the Top Menu
Click “Admin” → “Documents” → “Manage”
Click “Add” then “Choose File”
Select the document
Click “Upload” then “Process”
To set assignments:
Navigate to the Top Menu
Click “Admin” → “Documents” → “Assignments”
Select the document from the Document File Prompt
Select the users requiring access to the document (hold the ctrl key to multi-select)
Click “Save”
