The app will always display recommended orders from the moment the net stock levels are the same or less than the reorder point of that particular item for any stocked item.

If an item is categorized as obsolete, no order recommendation will reflect for the item, regardless of whether the net stock of an item is below the reorder point or not.

Due to the nature of non-stocked items, a recommended order will be generated where the firm demand exceeds net stock.

To confirm the stock status of the item, check the details panel in the enquiry screen. An obsolete item will reflect a status of ‘OB’.
