This setting allows fulfilled purchase orders with a measure lead time greater than the specified days to be excluded when calculating item lead time and safety stock.

In case the configuration parameters set for lead time cut-off (deviation) and lead time cut-off (%) is not enough, a hard cut-off can also be specified, not as a percentage of or deviation from something else, but as a hard cut-off value.

Obviously, it’s important not to assume this value. Carefully consider the data before specifying this setting. A lead time of 365 days may be unheard of for some businesses and the norm for others.
