This setting will archive recommended orders when they become older than the specified months. This will reduce the page load time and search time for old order recommendations. Archiving saved order recommendations has no impact on current or new order recommendations or any other calculation in the app.

Set this to every 6 months or an appropriate value based on the volume of orders created to avoid cluttering the app with unnecessary data.

Keeping saved orders can be beneficial for reviewing and comparing recommended orders versus what was actually ordered

There is an indicator in the order screen to show when an order has been created for a specific location and supplier since the last data reprocess. This helps prevent users downloading multiple orders for the same location and supplier to their ERP.
