Migrate to Nettla

This article explains the migration process from your current provider into Nettla

Depending on your current software provider, the size of your company, and the complexity of your business logic, every migration process is unique. At Nettla, we fully understand this and are committed to working closely with you to ensure a seamless and efficient transition.

Transferring data

1. Agree on Timeline and Switch Date

Establish a timeline for each step of the migration process, including the expected go-live date when bookings will become available in Nettla.

2. Export Your Player List

Your current system provides a player list export feature, allowing you to save your data in an Excel spreadsheet. This data should include not only personal information, but also:

Group affiliations

Membership details

Active club wallets & packages

Player level

Notes & additional player details

3. Importing the Player List to Nettla

Nettla will import your player data into your club in our platform. The required information may exist in one or multiple spreadsheets. Our team will ensure all data is consolidated into a single document before the import.

Information Included in the Import:

Personal Information

Group Affiliation

Membership Type & Status

Club Wallets & Packages

Player Level (if applicable)

Player Notes


4. Membership Status of Current Players

Once your player list is imported, their membership type and status will be accurately reflected inside Nettla.

One-time payment memberships will remain active until their expiration date.

Auto-renewing memberships will continue until their next renewal date. On that date, the membership will become unpaid, and the player will receive a notification or email with a ‘Pay Here’ link to continue their subscription.

5. Rules, Activity Types, and Recurring Bookings

Your club likely has specific rules, settings, activity types, and recurring bookings that you’d like to transfer. Nettla makes it simple and intuitive to set these up. Our team is available to assist and help reduce your workload where needed.

Setting up your club in Nettla

1. Company & Club Setup

We will set up your company and club(s) in Nettla and guide you through the process of adding relevant details and configuring your settings.

2. Online Payments Setup

You will connect or create a Stripe account inside Nettla. The onboarding process is straightforward and typically takes around 15 minutes to complete.

3. Schedule: Blocking & Opening

Block your schedule in your previous provider from the agreed migration date.

Open your schedule in Nettla from the same date.

🚀 This will be the first day your bookings go live in Nettla!

4. Informing Your Players

Work with Nettla to communicate the transition to your players. Since all player data is already imported, they only need to:

1️⃣ Click the App Store / Google Play link

2️⃣ Download the Nettla mobile app

3️⃣ Continue with email/apple/google

4️⃣ The player arrives to your club home screen

👉 Players can log in via Apple or Google for a quick seamless experience.

5. Onboarding & Support

We ensure a smooth and hassle-free transition to Nettla. As the most user-friendly operating system on the market, you’ll find that the need for support is minimal. However, if assistance is required, our team is available via multiple support channels.
