1. Nettla Internal Setup
The first step in the onboarding process is for Nettla to register your company within the platform. During this process, we also assign the first administrator (you) to manage the club.
2. Fill in Company Details
You will go through an onboarding flow where you submit key information about your company, including legal details, address, and other relevant data.
3. Populate Club Details
Once your company is registered, you can begin customizing your club’s setup by:
✅ Choosing a theme and general club information
✅ Setting up courts, price lists, memberships, and activities
✅ Configuring other club-specific details to match your needs
4. Set Your Club Live
When you’re ready, inform Nettla about your preferred go-live date. We will coordinate with you to ensure that your club becomes visible and operational on the date that suits you best.
5. Marketing Materials
The Nettla marketing team is happy to provide both general and club-specific marketing materials to support your launch. You will receive a unique club link that directs players straight to your club’s area in the Nettla mobile app.
6. A User-Friendly Admin Experience
We have designed the entire onboarding experience to be intuitive and seamless. Most steps can be completed independently, but if you have any questions, Nettla team members are always available to assist you.
