Most accounts are subject to a one- or two-year agreement. Check the Billing Info in your Donor Management System to see when you are eligible for renewal/cancellation. 

You may cancel your service or a portion of your services within 30 days of your annual renewal date by scheduling a time with a manager on our Customer Success Team.

TIP: All accounts auto-renew on the renewal date listed in your Donor Management System. Unless you speak with a Customer Success Manager about adjusting your subscription within 30 days of your renewal date, your subscription will continue on for the next year with no action needed on your part.
