We are so happy to have you and your organization involved in our program for Foundation Grantees! You and your fellow Jumpstart participants are doing really good things in the world, and we at Network for Good want to support you in doing more good than ever before.

What are Jumpstart Milestones?

Foundation grantees are encouraged to work towards "milestones," which are designed to help you focus on specific fundraising elements. From setting aside time to record your major gift prospects, to encouraging your donors to make a second gift in the same year, these milestones are designed to ramp up your fundraising efforts and advance your organization’s mission. 

How do I track them? 

Your Personal Fundraising Coach (PFC) will be sharing more information about your milestones very soon - so stay tuned! You and your coach will "right-fit" milestones for your organization, based on its specific needs and future goals.

Once the milestones have been established, your coach will share the "tracker" that's been developed specifically for your organization, to ensure you make the most progress during your first year with us.

If you do not yet have your next session scheduled with your PFC, click here to log in to your donor management system (DMS), navigate to “My Tools,” and then choose “Personal Fundraising Coach” from the drop down menu to schedule your next call.

How do I get help?

As always, if you have any technical questions about your DMS, click the blue-and-white "conversation" button in the bottom-right corner of the Donor Management System. From there, you can:

  • search the Knowledge Base 

  • reach us via messenger (the quickest way to get in touch with our Support Team!)

  • find the phone number to contact our Support Team
