Refunds and Changes to Recurring Donations
If a donor asks you for a refund, or a change in the amount of their recurring donation, they can either log in on your donation page (if they created a password previously), or submit a request with Customer Solutions.
You're also welcome to contact Network for Good on behalf of your donor - we'll be happy to help you!
TIP: if the donor is refunded before you have received the funds from the transaction, you don't have to worry your accountant! Network for Good handles everything, it's as if that donation never happened. Just look for your disbursement check or direct deposit next month!
