Here's when your Fundraising Pages account will automatically alert donors that their recurring donation is about to end (and urge them to update their details so their gift will continue!) :

  1. Credit card expiration date is approaching
On the first of every month, your Fundraising Pages account will now automatically alert any recurring donor who has a credit card expiring that month (and urge them to update their payment information).

If you receive BCC alerts through Fundraising Pages, you'll also get a notice in your inbox so you can follow up with these donors, too.
  2. Recurring donation end date is approaching
Any recurring donor who has an end date on their recurring gift will receive a notification 30 days before that end date so they feel confident that their recurring donation will end as expected or, they will be able to easily login and extend the end date.

If you receive BCC alerts through Fundraising Pages, you'll also get these notices in your inbox.

Want to take a look at recurring donors who have an end date on their gift? There's a report for that! Click Reports in the top navigation bar in your Fundraising Pages account. Scroll down to Recurring Donation reports and you can see Current Recurring donations and any end dates associated with those gifts.

One last note on recurring donation end dates: as of May 20, 2018 Fundraising Campaign Page end dates will no longer influence any recurring donation end date. This means that any recurring donation a donor setup on or after May 20, 2018 through a Fundraising Campaign Page that has an end date, will no longer have that campaign's end date automatically applied to that recurring donation. Donors will still have an option to chose and end date.
