Locating Previous Imports in Donor Management

You may run into situations where you'll need to locate a previously performed import - such as to correct errors identified in that import, or to cross-reference historical records located in another system.

You should be able to navigate to the “Imports” tab and see your completed import at the top of a list of all prior imports.

The "Imports" tab can be found under the "Settings" option, located within the left-hand navigation bar.

Locating Previous Exports in Donor Management

There may be some instances where you need to access a previously exported report – maybe you have to compare reports year-over-year, or you’re trying to determine why something looks different than it did in your records previously.

You can easily access those exported files in Donor Management – there's two ways to do so!

From the Navigation Bar

From the navigation bar on the left-hand side, you can select the “Settings” option, and then select “Exports” from the drop-down menu that appears.

From the URL Bar

You can also use a nifty trick to access your old exports – by modifying the URL (or link) that you use to access Donor Management.

From the Dashboard, you’ll want to locate the URL in your browser’s search bar. It should look something like:

OR

What you can do is delete the word “dashboard” at the end of that link (leaving the backslash!), and instead type the word “exports.” The link should then look like:

If you then hit the “Enter” button on your keyboard, the page should refresh and display a list of all of the exports that have been pulled from your Donor Management platform.
