1. How to Invite a User to Your Organization

Only Owners, Admins and Editors can send invites to new users. To invite a user, you must have an empty seat available in your Organization. If you need additional seats, learn how to manage and assign empty seats.

Follow these steps to invite a new user:

  1. Access the Organization Settings Page: Click on the Settings Icon in the top-right corner next to your Organization’s name.

  2. Navigate to the Members Tab: In the Organization settings, click on the Members tab.

  3. Check for Available Seats:

    1. Locate the + Add Member button near the search bar.

    2. Next to this button, you’ll see the total number of available empty seats in your Organization.

  4. Click "+ Add Member": A pop-up screen will appear.

  5. Enter the User’s Email Address: Type the new user’s valid email address in the provided field.

  6. Send the Invitation: Click the Send Invite button.

  7. Monitor Invitation Status:

    1. Owners and Admins are able to monitor the status of invited users.

    2. In the Organization settings, click on the Members tab.

    3. Any invited users who have not accepted their invite will have a ‘(Pending)’ next to their name.

  1. Check Your Inbox: The invited user will receive a signup email in their inbox.

  2. Accept the Invitation: In the email, click the Join Organization button.

  3. Complete Signup:

    1. The user will be redirected to the Sign-Up Page.

    2. They must complete registration by creating an account.


3. Understanding the 'Viewer' Role

Viewers have read-only access within an Organization and can freely navigate the platform without making changes. They are ideal for team members who need to review portfolios, properties, and reports but do not require editing privileges.

What Can Viewers Do?

  • View assigned portfolios and properties in the Organization.

  • Access and review assigned property and portfolio risk reports.

  • Navigate and interact with the platform’s risk insights and analytics.

What Can’t Viewers Do?

  • Edit or modify portfolios and properties.

  • Add, remove, or update any Organization data.

  • Download property or portfolio reports.

  • Access billing, settings, or administrative controls.

Adding Viewers to Your Organization

  • Any user can add an unlimited number of viewers to their Organization.

  • Viewers do not take up an empty seat, meaning they do not affect billing or require an editor seat.

This makes the Viewer role perfect for property stakeholders, clients, executives, or team members who need visibility into risk data without requiring full platform access.

  • Ask the user to check their spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact support.
