What we collect depends on how you joined Neurokeys: - U.S. (prescribed use): We collect your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and gender during registration. This is needed to send your Login Code, prepare clinical reports, and verify your identity. - EU (clinical study): Your hospital handles your contact details. Inside the app, we only ask for your year of birth and gender. In both cases, we never ask for your address, financial details, or government ID. Your personal information is never sold or used for advertising.
