Account deletion is handled by our team -- it's not yet available as a self-service option in the app. To request it: - Email: support@neurokeys.app -- include your User ID (found in Settings) and the email address on your account. - Phone (U.S.): +1 218 250 6045 (Mon--Fri, 9 AM -- 5 PM ET). We verify your identity, confirm the request, and erase your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized research data that has already been used in completed studies cannot be removed -- this is standard practice in ethical research and is explained in the consent you signed. Important: Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Please contact us to make it permanent.
