Three different scenarios: • You log out: Your data is preserved on our servers; no new data is collected. You can log back in any time. • You delete the app from your phone: Same effect as logging out — your data is preserved; no new data is collected; the keyboard is removed from your phone. Your account remains active. • You request account deletion (via support@neurokeys.app or the U.S. phone line): Your personal data is erased within 30 days. Anonymized research data may remain in completed scientific datasets, where it can no longer be linked to you.
