I cannot login with my personal Login code, what should I do?

If it is the first time you install the Neurokeys App, just ask for another login code. You can do this on the Neurokeys.app website.

Please store your key in a secure place with your other login data. Since we do not store any personal information we cannot provide you with another key to access your existing account. This means you will lose all your historical data.

If you want to log in to an existing account and it does not work this means that you will have lost your data unless you have accepted fingerprint identification Touch ID in the Neurokeys App.
