Simply put, we cannot not look at the alphanumeric characters, since we are absolutely not interested in the content of the messages. We are only interested in the frequency and manner in which messages are made.

We do not store any information that could possibly enable us to read the content, nor data that could lead to individuals and we have the highest security measures in place.
