Our survey software is designed to be simple, but effective, with a user-friendly interface, endless customization options, and functionality with or without internet connectivity. We're excited to tell you more about our Survey Impact Tool capabilities.

  • We'll confirm the date and time for our demo video call together via email.

  • Before our call, be sure to download Felix on your cellular phone. Here are the App Store links: If you have an iPhone or If you have an Android.

  • Your log-in information will be coming to your email so that you can set a password and start using the app.

  • Watch this short video to get familiar with our web dashboard and mobile app

  • Make a list of users that will be using the Felix and who will be the "administrator" for the organization.

  • Discuss with your team what the goals and needs are for the organization and how New Story can help achieve those goals through surveying and data collection.

During the call, we'll discuss the survey tool demo, overview of needs for the organization, timeline, and the final service agreement.
