Head to File > Administrator Options in jmc Office to start initializing contact phone numbers.
Step One: Click the "Initialize Contact Phone Numbers" link in the "Phone Settings" box to begin enabling contacts to receive messages.
Step Two: Click the "Initialize Contact Phones Ranked #1" button in the "Emergency/Weather Related" box to enable primary contacts to receive emergency or weather related messages.
Step Three: Click the "Initialize Contact Phones Ranked #2" button in the "Emergency/Weather Related" box to enable emergency contacts to receive emergency or weather related messages.
Step Four: Click the "Initialize Student Cell Phones" to enable students to receive emergency or weather related messages.
Step Five: Click the "Initialize Contact Phones Cell #1" in the "SMS (Text Message)" box to enable primary contacts to receive SMS (text) messages.
