Q. I forgot to add my discount code, can you refund me the difference?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot amend an order after it has been completed. We can cancel your order and refund you before it has been processed. However please note it may take a few days to process the refund.
Q. I tried to use the code but it's invalid.
A. If the code is invalid, it is most likely that you have input the code incorrectly, or the promotion has ended. Please refer to the advertised dates of the promotion. If you believe that you are following the terms of the promotion, please contact us.
Q. How do I use the discount code?
A. At checkout there will be an option to input a discount code before purchasing. This will automatically add the discount amount to your order total.
Q. My free shipping code doesn't work?
A. You are only eligible to use this code once. If you have used this code before, you won't be able to re-use the code.
Q. I subscribed but haven’t received my first-order discount code—can you help?
A. Please check your inbox for a confirmation email. Once you confirm your subscription, the discount code will be sent to you.
