Here are some super easy but very effective uses of our high-quality essential oils.
1. Essential Oil Recipe for Stress Relief

Essential oils have powerful properties that may balance and calm effects on emotions. Your body's immune system tends to function less when you are experiencing highly stressful situations, at the same time affecting your energy levels and compromising your health.

This blend of essential oils is an easy way to relieve stress:

Add this blend along with the recommended water quantity mentioned in your diffuser. Diffusing essential oils is a perfect way to experience the benefits of aromatherapy.

2. Massage Oil for Stress Using Pure Essential Oils

Here is another great recipe to give yourself or your partner a little stress relief rub :)

All you need are some pure essential oils, a carrier oil, and a bottle to mix them!

- Add the essential oils to the bottle.
- Fill the rest of the bottle with Jojoba oil.
- Shake well.
- Use a few drops in the palm of your hand and massage into the desired area.

3. Roman Chamomile Essential Oil for a Restful Sleep

Roman Chamomile essential oil is said to have properties that help with restful sleep and fight insomnia.

Here are a few ways to use Roman Chamomile before sleeping:

  • Diffuse a few drops next to your bed.

  • Rub 1-2 drops on the temples.

  • Inhale directly from the bottle.

4. Exfoliating Foot Scrub using Essential Oils!

This is a very simple DIY recipe to get rid of dry and rough skin from your feet and heels. All you need are some basic ingredients and a jar, you'll have a professional-looking scrub like a store bought one :)

What you need:

Mix all ingredients together and put it in a jar. All you need is a cute little label and this could turn out to be a little business venture :)

5. Foot Soak for Aching Feet

There are plenty of recipes for foot soaks out there, but this happens to be one of my favourite ones. It's way too easy and my feet always feel refreshed after I've done one of these. This is what you need:

Add the Peppermint essential oil to the tablespoon of Jojoba oil, mix it with the tub of cool water. Soak feet and relax for about 10-15 minutes!

6. Feeling Low? Try this Blend!

Melissa is a powerful essential oil that may treat symptoms of depression, colds & viruses, nervous isorders or PMS and menopause. This blend may help when you are feeling low:

How to use:

  • Diffuser: Add a few drops to the recommended amount of water.

  • Massage Oil: Add to a tablespoon of carrier oil.

  • Bath: Add a few drops to your bath.
