Whether you can upload unsold logos that you previously pitched to clients depends on the contract or agreement you had with that client.

We usually find that our designers only sell the rights to the actual logo the client purchases.

However, and this is very IMPORTANT, the suggestions you pitched and want to sell on NewGlue can’t be too similar to the logo your client bought, as to not infringe on your clients copyright.

NewGlue only sells unique and unsold work. This includes logos that you created that are too similar to the ones you already sold to your previous clients.
