Or follow the step-by-step instructions provided below:

Step 1. Copy Your Signature.

After creating your email signature, click the Save and Install button under the signature preview.

1.1. Hover over the signature you want to install in the Signature list and click Use button.

โ€‹1.2. Select the Outlook icon in the list of email clients.

1.3. Below the Signature preview, click the Copy signature button to save the signature code in the clipboard.

Step 2. Add Your Signature to Outlook on Windows.

2.1. Open your Outlook on a Windows PC/laptop and click New Email button in the top-left-hand corner.

2.2. Next, click the Signature button and select Signatures in the dropdown menu:

2.3. Then, create a New Signature and give it a name.ย

2.4. Right-click the Edit Signature box and choose the "Keep Source Formatting" paste option.

2.5. Under Choose default signature, set the following options for your signature:

2.6. In the E-mail account dropdown box, choose an email account to associate with the signature. You can have different signatures for each email account.

Note: If you want your signature added to all new messages by default, select one of your signatures in the New messages dropdown box. If you wish to avoid having your signature appear in new messages, choose (none). This doesn't add a signature to any messages you reply to or forward. If you want your signature to appear in the messages you reply to and forward, select one of your signatures in the Replies/forwards dropdown. If not, please accept the default option of (none).

2.7. Click OK to save your new signature and return to your message.

Note: Outlook doesn't add your new signature to the message you opened, even if you choose to apply the signature to all new messages. You'll have to add the signature manually to this one message. All future messages will have the signature added automatically. To add the signature manually, select Signature from the Message menu and then pick the signature you just created.

Step 3. Finalize and Test.

Compose a new email from your Outlook inbox to see your branded and professional email signature in action.
