What is the Client Portal?
Your Client Portal is the place to manage your News Anchored experience. Here, you can:
Create articles
Place new orders
Chat directly with our team
Access your profile and payment information
Stay updated on our services
Getting Started:
Once you sign up for our services, you'll receive a welcome email from our team. This email includes important information about your account and a personalized link to your Client Portal. Click the link to access your portal and start managing your account!
Once you're in your portal, head to the 'Profile' section to set a secure password for your account.
The 'Profile' section lets you manage your personal information, including your email address, password, name, and address. To set your password, click on the password box.
Type in your password and hit on the 'Save Changes' button.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
For an extra layer of protection, we highly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your login. This adds an additional verification step beyond just your password, making it much harder for unauthorized access.
Once you enter your new password, you should be all set! From now on, you can log in using the email address associated with your account and your new password.
