Finding Intercom in the Client Portal

Using Intercom is easy! Click the teal bubble icon conveniently located in the lower right corner of your screen within the Client Portal.

Next, click on the 'Send us a message' button.

Use Intercom for non-order-specific inquiries. To begin, select 'Proceed'.

Next, select the category that best fits your concern.

Intercom houses answers for inquiries relating to the following topics:

  • Order Guidelines: Inquire about article guidelines, publishing time, article edits, and editing or deleting a live article.

  • Subscriptions: Access information about your payments, request a plan change or cancel your subscription.

  • Article Genie: Report an issue or go over Article Genie's FAQs and How-Tos.
