Getting Started
To begin using Article Genie, you must be logged into your Client Portal. From there, navigate to the 'Article Genie' section, where the Article Genie interface will appear before you. Type in your Article Genie credentials and log into your account.
Note: During the onboarding process, our team will email you with your respective Article Genie credentials.
You can also request your Article Genie credentials by submitting a support ticket.
How To Create an Article From Scratch
Article Genie can help you create your article draft. You just need to answer seven questions and upload your photos before your draft is ready for publishing!
Begin the creation process by following the steps below:
1. Click on the 
button.
2. Article Genie will ask you if you have a pre-written article draft. Select NO.
3. You will be asked if your subject is a Person or a Business. Select your answer accordingly.
4. Answer the questions about your subject to help Article Genie create a comprehensive draft. The more information you provide, the better Article Genie can understand your subject and generate a high-quality article.
5. For your main photo, upload a 1200x600 pixels JPG or PNG file from your library. If needed, you can adjust the image size by using the built-in cropping tool.
6. Click on the 
button to begin the content generation process.
7. After Article Genie generates your draft, you can fine-tune it by editing your answers, revising the article itself, or replacing the main image. You can also regenerate the title or the entire article.
8. If you think the draft is ready for publication, select the 
button. Keep in mind once you approve an article, you won't be able to edit it.
9. Once you approve an article draft, you can share it with others or submit it for publication. If you select the latter, you will be redirected to an intake form in the client portal's 'My Articles' section.
10. Article Genie will automatically include the link to your article draft. To finalize your new order request, simply fill out the remaining details and submit it to our team.
How To Enhance a Pre-written Draft
Already have a draft in mind? Follow these steps to enhance or rewrite it:
1. Click on the button.
2. Article Genie will ask you if you have a pre-written article draft. Select YES.
3. Type in your title.
4. Add your article draft. If needed, use the text editor to change the format, insert links, or add photos.
5. Upload your main photo. It must be a 1200x600 pixels JPG or PNG file. You can use the built-in cropping tool to adjust the image size if needed.
6. Click on the 
button.
7. After saving the article, you can edit it or re-upload the main image. Additionally, you have the option to regenerate the title or the entire article. To rewrite your article draft, select the 
button.
8. If you think the draft is ready for publication, select the button. Please note you won't be able to edit the draft once it's approved.
9. After you approve it, you can share it with others or submit it for publication. If you select the latter, you will be redirected to an intake form in the client portal's "My Articles" section.
10. Article Genie will automatically include the link to your article draft. To finalize your new order request, simply fill out the remaining details and submit it to our team.
