Linking Texts and Images in the Editor

Learn how to easily link text and images.

Yes, you can easily add hyperlinks to both text and images within our editor. To do so, follow these steps:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Select the element: Click on the desired image in the editor or highlight the piece of text you want to link.

  2. Open the link tool: Click the "Insert Link" icon in the toolbar.

  3. Choose the link type: Select your preferred link type. For a standard link to an external website, use the "Absolute Link (URL)" option.

  4. Enter the URL: Enter the complete web address under "Link Destination".

💡 Important: Always make sure to include the complete URL, including the protocol (http:// or https://). For certain dynamic link types, the address is generated automatically and is already predefined.

Link Verification Before Sending

To ensure that all hyperlinks work flawlessly, the system offers a "Verify Links" feature in Step 5 (Send). This automatically scans your newsletter for any invalid URLs.
