Some email clients may not display newsletters optimally. To ensure the best reading experience for your subscribers, you can provide a browser-based view (web version) of your newsletter.
Instructions
A link to the web version is already built into the header or footer of our standard templates. If you are using a custom template or want to add the link manually, please follow these steps:
Open your newsletter in the Editor.
Highlight the word or phrase (e.g., "View this email in your browser") that you want to use as a link.
Click the "Insert Link" icon (chain link icon) in the toolbar.
Select "Web version" from the link type drop-down menu.
Confirm your selection.
Note: This link is dynamic. Our system automatically generates the correct browser view for each recipient upon sending. No manual URL input is required.
