Managing and Topping Up Your Credit Volume

Learn how to check your credit balance, adjust your subscription, or purchase one-time top-ups to increase your email sending volume effectively.

1. Checking Your Current Balance You can view your available credit balance at any time in your account on the dashboard, as well as under Account. The figure displayed indicates your total remaining credits. Below this balance, a detailed breakdown of any available prepaid credits is also provided.

2. Purchasing Credits and Adjusting Volume To adjust your credit volume, go to the Account section and select either "Buy Package Credits" or "Buy Prepaid Credits". In the pop-up window that appears, use the slider to select your required number of credits. If necessary, update your payment method, and confirm the transaction by clicking "Buy".

Note: The pricing for additional credits is always based on the rates of your current subscription package.

  • Prepaid Credits: This option is available in all plans—including the free Lite10 plan. This allows you to send mailings flexibly at any time, without an active subscription.

  • Subscription Upgrade (Package Credits): To permanently change your recurring monthly credit volume, select the option "I need more / fewer emails starting from the next renewal" and specify the desired quantity. Your current subscription will continue until the end of its billing cycle. Starting with the next renewal, the subscription will automatically launch with the updated credit volume. This feature can be used to either upgrade or downgrade your credit tier.

  • One-Time Top-Up: To meet short-term volume increases, you can perform a one-time purchase alongside your monthly subscription. Select "I need more emails immediately" and choose the required amount. This provides immediate additional credits at your subscription's standard CPM (cost per thousand) rate, valid until the next subscription refresh. Your ongoing subscription remains active and unchanged.
