Creating and Using Voucher Pools

Learn how to create voucher pools, import codes via CSV, and send them individually to newsletter recipients using personalization features. Available from the Standard plan.

Our platform offers a "Voucher Pool" feature designed to automate the delivery of unique promotional codes. This feature is available starting with our Standard plan.

Creating a Voucher Pool

You can access the voucher pool management area directly from your Dashboard or the top right menu. To create a new pool, follow these steps:

  • Naming: Provide a clear and distinct name for your voucher pool to easily identify it later.

  • Code Import: You can either enter the voucher codes manually or upload them in bulk via a CSV file.

Important Formatting Note: Please ensure that each voucher code is placed on a new line. Separation by commas, hyphens, or other delimiters is not required.

The system processes and distributes the listed codes chronologically from top to bottom. Each code is unique and can only be assigned to a single recipient. The pool overview dashboard displays the total number of uploaded vouchers, alongside real-time metrics for unused and already redeemed codes.

Using a Voucher Pool in Newsletters

You can integrate the vouchers seamlessly into your mailing using the editor's built-in personalization tools:

  1. Highlight the preferred word within your text or select an interactive element, such as a call-to-action button.

  2. Click on the personalization icon (represented by a stylized figure) in the editor toolbar.

  3. In the pop-up window, locate the "Attribute" dropdown and select the specific voucher pool from which the codes should be drawn.

Once that's done, the placeholder will be inserted and will automatically display the voucher code.

Functionality and Vital Guidelines

Each assigned voucher code is valid per email address/recipient. The system distributes an exclusive code to each subscriber. If you insert the personalization placeholder multiple times within the same newsletter, the code remains identical for that specific recipient—no additional codes will be consumed.

  • Recipient Capacity Check: Prior to launching your campaign, always verify that the total volume of available codes in your voucher pool matches or exceeds the total number of recipients.

  • Expiration: There is no system-enforced expiration date for imported codes. The vouchers remain active within the sent email until you manually deactivate their functionality on your website, online store, or target integration point.
