In the search form, you may have access to the ARCHIVE and MONITORING switch.

Monitoring – allows you to search within your prepared and tracked topics. The configured topics can be found in the left column.

Archive – enables searching across the entire pool of media data, regardless of whether the articles appeared in your monitoring (topics). This can be useful when you need to search for something beyond your tracked topics or if you’re simply interested in anything else.

The green-highlighted part of the toggle makes it easy to see which environment you are currently in.

You may also encounter situations where the ARCHIVE or MONITORING options are not visible in your services. This depends on your subscription or the unavailability of the media archive for your country.
