Once your search yields the necessary results, it’s time to process them further. Discover how your data can become a powerful tool for those who can interpret it effectively. This section will show you how to manage, filter, sort, and prepare the retrieved articles for export efficiently.
Explore articles from different perspectives (views)
You can view the retrieved articles from various perspectives by switching between the available tabs:
News: The default text-based list of results, presented as you’re accustomed to.
Events: Overwhelmed by articles? View them grouped into events based on thematic similarity. Powered by our unique technology, this feature identifies topics in articles and clusters them into events.
Graphs: Need a quick look at key metrics? The Graphs view provides the most commonly used graphs in one place. Export the entire content to PDF or your presentation with a single click.
Authors: Curious about which authors write on the searched topics? Access this information by clicking the Authors tab. You can also add or remove authors from your author lists here.
Sources: The Sources tab offers a quick overview of all media. It shows which sources published the most articles matching your search. You can also manage your source lists and Top Sources here.
Filter search results based on your preferences (filtering results)
With/Without Duplicates: Articles that share more than 90% of their content are considered duplicates. You can toggle between viewing all articles or filtering out duplicates.
Read/Unread: Display unread articles (indicated by a green circle to the left of the title). Read articles have an empty circle. You can manually update this status. Articles you read remain unread for other users in the project.
Important: Filter to display only articles marked as important. Importance is a project-wide flag visible to all users.
Top Sources: Display only articles from sources in your Top Sources list.
Sort search results (sorting)
Newest First: Based on either the imported or published date, depending on your time filter settings.
Oldest First: Based on either the imported or published date, depending on your time filter settings.
GRP (Media Impact): Sort by media impact.
Reach: Sort by audience reach, such as TV viewership, radio listenership, print readership, daily unique visitors (web), or social media reach.
