Nexar’s “try before you buy” offer allows you to experience the Nexar-powered dash cam for 10 days before deciding if you wish to purchase it. The 10 day tryout period begins 7 days after you place your order. Your personal trial expiration date will be sent to you by email.

Shipping

You will receive a tracking number to the email provided within 2 business days. Please allow between 3-10 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 10 days have passed please email us at support@getnexar.com to review the status of your order. We will extend your trial period in the rare case shipping delays and takes more than 7 business days.

Returns

In case you decide to return the product please submit a return request on https://shop.getnexar.com/a/returns. To ship the product back to us please use the pre-paid shipping slip sent to you by email. To be eligible for a free return, your item must be in a usable state and in the same condition that you received it. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and Klarna inc. will automatically withdraw the payment request within a certain amount of days.

If the trial period has ended and you did not request a return online or if the returned item is examined and marked as damaged, unfortunately, we would not be able to offer you a free return.

Exchanges

Nexar commits to replacing your device in case of dash cam malfunction within a timeframe of 365 days from purchase. For help please contact our support at support@getnexar.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
