How to set up 1-Click Booking

One-click booking is available for all clients in templates and campaigns.

Each template and campaign features smart commands that can be added to the message to display available time slots for particular appointment types--which enables patients to book an appointment with a single click.

1. Open the communication you wish to edit. In the available Smart Commands on the right-hand side of the editor, you will see Appointment Slot options.

2. You will see a Smart Command corresponding with each appointment type that has been set up in Settings --> Scheduling --> Appointment Types. Select the appropriate appointment type, then click to insert it in the email.

3. From the patient's perspective, the process couldn't be easier. When a patient receives your communication, they will see booking options for available times over three consecutive days, displayed right in line with the rest of the message. All their information is already connected on the NexHealth side, so all they need to do is choose a time and click Book.
