Introduction
The Nexta platform is built in a simple and intuitive way, making it easy for you to find your clients, campaigns, creatives, and delivery statistics. In this article, we will go through the different sections of the platform.
The client section
In the client section, you will have an overview of all your clients, their IDs, and their status. At the top of your client list, you will always find the agency account, marked with a blue checkmark. Choosing either a client or the agency account will lead you directly to the campaigns of the given client. The Agency account lists all campaigns across all clients. You can always see which client (or the agency) you are on, by looking at the top right corner. In the top right corner, you can onboard new clients.
The campaign section
Probably the most important part, the campaign section shows you all active and paused campaigns for a given client or across all clients (agency account). Here you can find the status of campaigns and key metrics like start/end date, budget and CPM/CPC, etc. The metrics shown can be customized from a list of predefined metrics, found under the search bar, by pressing the plus sign.
Further, you can edit your campaigns here and make quick edits to certain metrics.
The campaign set section
Nexta is an omnichannel platform, offering the ability to create campaign sets across objectives (Facebook, Display, etc.). You can therefore create campaign sets, containing different campaigns. You will find these under the campaign set section.
The creative section
In the creative section, you will find an overview of all banners connected to a client. Compared to the campaign section, you will not be able to see all banners on the agency level, choose a specific client instead. Under this section, you are also able to edit your banners or change their URLs.
The client management section
If you want to change a client's information, connect a Facebook page, set up notifications about the client’s campaigns, or add users to a specific client or agency, you can do this under client management. Just click on the icon in the top right corner and choose client management.
