New logins to the platform can easily be created by another user with Admin access. You can see your access level under the Agency Client --> Client Management --> Users, where it is also possible can create a new user.

It is also possible to update/change your e-mail or password, just search for your name in the search bar, and click the three dots to the right of your name.

Forgot password?

On the login page, it is possible to press “Forgot Password?”, and change your password. If not working, the e-mail is not registered in our system. Contact Support@nexta.io if help is needed.
