Introduction

To make it easy using the platform, having different clients and servicing different client needs, Nexta uses templates on both a client and agency level, which are reflected, when you create a campaign. A template stores available campaign information, like placements on Facebook and inventory on DSPs. It thereby forms the basis of your campaigns, making such quicker and easier. Each different objective (Google, Facebook, Display, etc.) have their own template. We thereby differentiate between the agency and client template.

The agency template

The agency template is the master template of your account and forms the basis of all client templates. Changes here will be copied when you onboard new clients and can be synced across clients. Information on the agency template usually includes information like, countries included, DSP deals, frequency capping, domain list etc. At the current moment it is not possible to change the agency template by yourself, however, contact the friendly staff at support@nexta.io and they are happy to help.

The client template

The client templates are based on the agency template and get created every time a new client is onboarded. While many of your clients might be sufficiently serviced with the information included on the agency template, some might need further adjustments. Examples could be special interest segments, retargeting segments, or other client-specific configurations. In this case, you can change the client template in comparison to changing it for all clients on the agency level. Again, to do such please contact us at support@nexta.io or our internal chat on the platform.

The campaign

The campaign reflects your client template, as well as the choices you made during the booking flow. In detail, such can be locations, segments, and banners. Hereby, it is as easy as possible for you to create a campaign while still reflecting the different requirements of your clients.
