Access the REGISTER screen. If the cash register is open, click on CLOSE REGISTER and complete the closing process.
Access the PREVIOUS REGISTER tab.
Select the REGISTER for the transaction you want to cancel, click on the THREE DOTS (...) and then REOPEN REGISTER.
Confirm reopening by clicking on REOPEN REGISTER.
Click on the SALE you want to cancel, in the TRANSACTION tab and click on CANCEL TRANSACTION.
Go to REGISTER MENU and click CLOSE REGISTER to close the old cash register reopened.
Access the PREVIOUS REGISTER tab, select today's cash register, click again on the THREE DOTS (...) and then click on REOPEN REGISTER to re-enter the day's transactions.
Done! 👍 The previous cash sale has been cancelled.
🌟 Tip: You can cancel any transaction through the current cashier tab too.
