Access the CUSTOMER screen.
Press EDIT or double-click on the CUSTOMER to open the account.
Click on CUSTOMER ACCOUNT and then on LIMIT ALLOWED FOR DEBT.
Select the option 2. DO NOT ALLOW DEBTS FOR THIS CUSTOMER.
Click on SAVE to finish.
Done! 👍 This customer will not be able to have an outstanding debit amount in your store.
