Open Nex-Admin.
Select the user and click on FORGOT MY PASSWORD.
Access your E-MAIL, to check the password registered.
Type in Nex-Admin the PASSWORD sent to the e-mail.
Done! 👍 The user's password has been recovered.
🌟 Tip: After recovering, if necessary, you can change the user password by accessing the user's settings in the Users tab.
